- If your order has beeproduced it is not possible to make any type of refund.
- We don't make exchanges of any product.
Damaged Products
- For all products that arrive damage we send a replacement no questionsasked. To be eligible you just need to send photos of the damaged parts.
- Please note our refund policy lasts 30 days.If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we can't offer you a refund or exchange even if yourproduct is damaged.
- Haven't received any emails from us after purchasing?
Make sure the email of your order is correct and valid as you need to approveyour design in order for us to start the production of your order.
- If you did not receive any email after 7 working days of purchasing,pleasecontact us and check your spam folder. If you don't get any response within 48working hours it is likely that emails are getting bounced back so pleasecontact us using a different email address so we can send you the digitalproof.

- We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after theestimated delivery date. The delivery times listed on the website is only anaverage estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively bedelivered much faster.
