💎 What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

We’re here to support you if something isn’t right. Our warranty includes:

Craftsmanship & Materials

If your jewelry shows a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Stone Security

All stones are carefully set to last. If a stone becomes loose or falls out due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This does not apply if the stone is lost due to accidental damage or external factors.

Metals & Finishes

If a manufacturing defect affects the metal or finish—such as premature tarnishing or discoloration—we’ll take care of it at no cost. These issues typically appear within the first few weeks of wear.

💎 What’s Not Covered

While we stand behind our craftsmanship, some situations fall outside our warranty:

Natural Wear Over Time

Everyday wear can naturally cause scratches, dents, or prong wear. These changes are part of your jewelry’s journey and are not considered defects.

Accidental Damage

Damage caused by impact, bending, harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or mishandling is not covered.

Loss or Theft

Lost or stolen items, including missing stones, are not covered.

Third-Party Repairs or Alterations

Any resizing, repair, or modification performed by someone other than Be Side by Side will void the warranty.

Silver Tarnishing or Fading

Silver jewelry may naturally tarnish or fade over time, especially if plated. This is a normal process and not a defect.
